Over my 11 month stay with Kemond he was an incredible host. I moved states unexpectedly and with the rent in Atlanta surging, Kemond’s listing was the perfect option for me to build a foundation for myself at an affordable rate to live. There were little to no issues during my stay and his selection of other residents made me feel safe and at ease. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to start over or even stay for awhile!

Had a great time stay at Kemonds place. The room was huge and the house is great for a long term stay. I brought my own personal items (soap, dishes, trash bags, towels, etc) but I’m pretty sure there were supplies available for anyone to use. Location is close driving distance to Cumberland Mall and The Battery, plus tons of stores, parks, pharmacies, gas stations, or anything else you might need. The neighborhood is in a quiet rural area, so without a car it may be harder to get around. This is definitely not a party house but it’s perfect for mature adults who need a peaceful place to rest & recharge. The host does not live there but he does pop up visits sometimes and is easy to get ahold of with any questions. As a woman, I never felt unsafe. The rooms have keypad locks and there are cameras in the common areas to make sure rules ar followed. There are a lot of rules. Overall, I would definitely book again!
