House rules: Check out time- Check out time is 11am. A $50 fee will be charged if there is a late check-out any minute past 11am. If your check-out time reaches up to 30 minutes late, you will be fined an additional $50 per 30 minutes. No early check-in, unless I have already given you permission to do so. I charge $50 to accommodate early check-ins. Refunds- Please Do not ask for a refund for ANY REASON. If there is an issue that arises during your stay, please inform me, and I will do my best to solve it ASAP. But you will not receive a refund for any reason unless there is a major issue, such as the power going out or the house is burned down. If you need to cancel or cut your stay short, you may do so, but you will not receive a refund for the days you booked. Refunds are only given to those who need to cancel 14+ days prior to their arrival day, and within 48 hours of making the booking. SMOKING- Smoking is not allowed inside the property EVER. The smell of smoke coming from or in your room will result in a $250 fine and a termination of your stay without refund. Pets- I do NOT allow pets. There is a $1000 fine for evidence of a pet or pet visits. CLEANLINESS-To keep the price affordable, it's a must that you clean behind yourself in the shared living spaces. If you do not, additional cleaning fees will be charged. Here's my rules on cleanliness: KITCHEN RULES- $50 fine for each of these rules if not followed: 1. No dishes in the sink EVER. You must clean immediately after use! 2. No overflowed trash. 3. Your kitchen messes need to be cleaned BEFORE you leave the kitchen. There should be ZERO crumbs or spills. Wipe down the counters. 4. SWEEP and mop as necessary. Wipe down the interior of the microwave. 5. Wipe any spills or stains in your section of the fridge. 6. NEVER eat or use any tenant’s food, drinks or belongings. If you do, you’ll be charged double the cost of the item and you are to pay the victim. BATHROOM RULES- Report uncleanliness of another guest to me with photos please, for the bathroom. $50 fine for each of these rules if not followed: 1. Wipe the counter, sink, and mirror if you leave hairs/stains. 2. Clean the interior and exterior of the toilet after yourself. 3. Clean the tub after showering. 4. Sweep and take out the trash once it gets full. An excessively dirty bedroom will cost an additional cleaning fee. Please remove and wash your dishes and remove old food from the room when checking out. Please make sure you do not stain the carpet. If there are lots of carpet stains and/or many dishes/food left behind, or if the room was simply left excessively dirty, you will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee. No loud music, loud talking, loud TV, loud guests etc., ESPECIALLY not late at night. The other guests should not be able to hear you at all. If there is a guest complaint of you being too loud, your stay will be immediately terminated without refund. Be sure to also report any loud behavior you hear from another guest to me. LAUNDRY- 2 Loads per week PARKING- $50 fine for parking incorrectly or on the neighbors property.If parked behind another car leave some room so they can still get out if they need to or park in front of the home.Everyone is limited to 1 car per room. The person who books room # 2 Is the ONLY one allowed to use the garage. The only places to park are directly in front of the house, drive way and the space to the left of the home in between both homes on the street. MAIL- Please DO NOT get mail delivered here! There is a requirement of a 6 months stay to get mail at the home. You need to get mail delivered to your job or somewhere else. Thanks for booking with me ! 😀
